Training time

The training period is for the occupational fields: 3 years (exception Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe). The apprenticeship is divided into on-the-job instruction and the practice-accompanying vocational school visit (this partly takes place as a block lesson - 12 weeks per apprenticeship year).

What can every Trainee expect from us?

A qualified education in a good training company with a functioning training program. We are not a group company but a family-run house with an all-round education.

What do we expect from you?

Above-average commitment and performance in both the school and the company perspective. Open-mindedness to new and constant willingness to learn. The occupational fields are very varied and versatile. All applicants should have at least a good to very good secondary school diploma or higher diploma.


Apprenticeship requirement profile

Chef/Cook

They should like to handle food and work creatively. To work a certain amount of stress as well as physical conditions in hot and cold, sometimes hard to be lifted. Secondary school is required.

Restaurant Professional Woman/Restaurant Specialist

Good and correct dealings with guests. Joy to advise and serve people. Good behavior and well-groomed appearance. Foreign language skills: English and preferably another foreign language. Quick comprehension and physical capacity. A Realschule is required.

Hotel Professional Woman/Hotel Specialist

Clever handling of guests. Joy to advise and serve people. Good behavior and well-groomed appearance. Foreign language skills: English and another foreign language. Quick comprehension and physical capacity. A good secondary school certificate is a prerequisite.

Hotel Professional Woman/Hotel Specialist with Eurodiploma

Clever handling of guests. Joy to advise and serve people. Good behavior and well-groomed appearance. Foreign language skills: English and another foreign language. Quick comprehension and physical capacity. High school diploma is a prerequisite for this demanding education.

Specialist in the Hospitality Industry

The training period is 2 years. Clever handling of guests. Joy to advise and serve people. Good behaviour and well-groomed appearance. Foreign language skills: English and another foreign language are an advantage. Quick comprehension and physical capacity. A good secondary school certificate is a prerequisite.
